Expert Meat Cutter

We are seeking a skilled expert in meat cutting to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a butcher or in a related field and expertise in Döner , El Pastor , Shawarma , or Mediterranean-style meat cutting.

The successful candidate will prepare meats with precision and care, ensuring perfect cuts for presentation. They will also cut meat in layers as thin as paper, mastering the art of specialty meats such as kebabs. In addition, they will manage storage, inventory, and maintain strict hygiene standards.

To succeed in this role, the individual must possess excellent knife skills, knowledge of different types of meat, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. They will be part of a dynamic kitchen team and have the opportunity to showcase and develop their culinary skills.
