Service Operations Manager

This position oversees front-of-house and certain back-of-house operations at a vibrant restaurant and craft cocktail bar.

• Elevate guest experience with exceptional hospitality and ambiance management.
• Maintain high standards of food, beverage, and service quality through consistent training and coaching.
• Support seasonal menu development, cocktail programming, and event execution to drive customer satisfaction and retention.

• Ensure seamless daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, reservation management, and peak hour service coordination.
• Oversee cleanliness, presentation, and overall venue ambiance.

• Collaborate in hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising front-of-house staff to promote a positive work environment.
• Develop team members' skills through regular coaching, pre-shift meetings, and ongoing training for menu knowledge and bar programs.

• Support cost-control initiatives, including labor management, inventory optimization, and waste reduction.
• Assist with ordering supplies, managing vendor relationships, and maintaining stock levels.
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

• Collaborate closely with the bar manager/mixologist to maintain high-quality cocktail operations.
• Evaluate adherence to recipes, consistency, and responsible alcohol service.
• Train staff on cocktail preparation, beer/wine knowledge, and service standards.

• Partner with the General Manager to execute long-term operational goals and implement process improvements.
• Support marketing efforts, special events, and guest engagement initiatives to drive business growth.
