Premium Bar Manager

As our lead bar professional, you will drive the success of our beverage program. This involves crafting a premium cocktail experience, balancing sophisticated drinks with exceptional service.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a high-end cocktail menu featuring seasonal offerings, signature drinks, and house infusions.
• Oversee all bar operations, including inventory management, ordering, scheduling, and vendor partnerships.
• Mentor and train the bar team to deliver consistent, efficient, and polished service.
• E nsure impeccable bar organization, setup/breakdown systems, sanitation, and compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with leadership to optimize service flow, pairings, and special-event programming.

To excel in this role, you should have 2-4+ years of experience as a bar leader or head bartender in upscale environments. You should possess deep knowledge of craft cocktails, strong technical skills, and excellent spirit knowledge. A preferred qualification is Level 1 Somm or equivalent wine knowledge.
