Senior Dining Manager

The Food Service Director is responsible for overseeing the dining program at a historic property that services multiple food and beverage outlets.

This leader drives exceptional customer experiences, ensures operational excellence, and achieves success. The Food Service Director develops and inspires their team, ensuring consistent execution of standards, and upholds a culture of hospitality, quality, and accountability.

• Foster a positive and engaging team culture that prioritizes customer satisfaction and professional development.
• Maintain visibility throughout outlets to ensure seamless service, customer engagement, and problem resolution.
• Anticipate and address customer needs, managing service recovery promptly and effectively.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum 3–5 years of progressive restaurant or food and beverage management experience, preferably in upscale casual or hotel environments.

• Proven success in customer satisfaction, financial performance, and team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, menu engineering, and cost management.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
