This leader drives exceptional customer experiences, ensures operational excellence, and achieves success. The Food Service Director develops and inspires their team, ensuring consistent execution of standards, and upholds a culture of hospitality, quality, and accountability.
- Foster a positive and engaging team culture that prioritizes customer satisfaction and professional development.
- Maintain visibility throughout outlets to ensure seamless service, customer engagement, and problem resolution.
- Anticipate and address customer needs, managing service recovery promptly and effectively.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum 3–5 years of progressive restaurant or food and beverage management experience, preferably in upscale casual or hotel environments.
- Proven success in customer satisfaction, financial performance, and team leadership.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, menu engineering, and cost management.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and profitability.
- Manage staff schedules and payroll to optimize labor costs.
