We are seeking a seasoned Senior Service Manager to lead our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in hospitality and strong leadership skills.
This is a fast-paced environment where we strive for exceptional guest service. Our Senior Service Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all members of the FOH team provide outstanding service, maintain a clean and welcoming ambiance, and adhere to our high standards of service quality.
- Leads floor operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Coaches and supports FOH team members during service hours.
- Conducts pre-shift meetings to communicate daily information and updates.
- Maintains a clean and inviting atmosphere, adhering to our service standards.
- Assists with training, inventory management, and POS system updates.
- Collaborates with the kitchen team and management on feedback and performance improvement.
- Minimum 5 years of hospitality experience, including leadership roles.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using POS systems, Google Sheets, and digital tools.
- Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
