Floor Operations Director

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Service Manager to lead our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in hospitality and strong leadership skills.

This is a fast-paced environment where we strive for exceptional guest service. Our Senior Service Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all members of the FOH team provide outstanding service, maintain a clean and welcoming ambiance, and adhere to our high standards of service quality.

1. Leads floor operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
2. Coaches and supports FOH team members during service hours.
3. Conducts pre-shift meetings to communicate daily information and updates.
4. Maintains a clean and inviting atmosphere, adhering to our service standards.
5. Assists with training, inventory management, and POS system updates.
6. Collaborates with the kitchen team and management on feedback and performance improvement.

• Minimum 5 years of hospitality experience, including leadership roles.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using POS systems, Google Sheets, and digital tools.
• Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
