• Prepare, cook, and plate pastry and desserts according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Assist in organizing ingredients and supplies to ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including proper labeling and storage of ingredients.
• Participate in daily cooks' meetings and contribute to menu planning and preparation.
• Support nightly cleaning duties and adhere to kitchen safety protocols.

• Passion for food and cooking in a professional kitchen environment.
• Background knowledge of cooking techniques, safe knife usage, and proper cooling/storing methods.
• Understand portioning and measurements in metric and imperial systems.
• Eagerness to learn, develop culinary skills, and receive coaching from peers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
