Restaurant Operations Director

The General Manager spearheads operational excellence by driving exceptional service, workforce management, financial performance, and facilities upkeep.

• Appraise, motivate, train, and educate all FOH personnel on restaurant standards, procedures, and protocols
• Implement effective scheduling strategies to optimize restaurant operations
• Supervise floor staff to ensure superior customer service, operational proficiency, and guest satisfaction during peak hours
• Promote long-term knowledge and expertise among FOH personnel through ongoing product training and development programs
• Nurture rapport with guests to deliver an engaging, memorable experience
• Maintain accurate, brand-consistent signage throughout the restaurant, aligned with its theme
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef to conduct thorough, timely end-of-week inventory assessments for food and beverage programs
