Culinary Team Leader

As a key player in our culinary team, you will be responsible for the daily operations of our kitchen. This includes ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards and presented in an appealing manner.

• You will work closely with other chefs to create new and exciting dishes that showcase our menu's diverse flavors.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of various cuisines, including traditional Asian cooking techniques.
• You will also be responsible for training and mentoring junior staff members to help them improve their skills.
• In addition, you will ensure that all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and that inventory levels are accurately tracked.
• When necessary, you will take charge of ordering supplies and managing kitchen budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.
• Foster a positive working environment by maintaining open communication channels with colleagues and management.
• Assist the Executive Chef in developing menus and recipes that meet customer expectations and increase sales revenue.

The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of prior experience as a supervisor, a High School Diploma or equivalent, ability to work varied shifts, and excellent leadership and teamwork skills.
