The Blue Elephant is seeking a top-tier General Manager to lead our team. We are a multi-concept group of 7 independent restaurants based in the Main Line. The General Manager will oversee all aspects of daily operations, ensuring seamless service and operational efficiency.
- Monitor and manage financial performance, P&L statements, and compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.
- Implement company policies and standards, upholding excellence in all areas.
Elevate guest experiences by maintaining high standards of service and hospitality.
- Act as the face of the restaurant, building relationships with guests and ensuring satisfaction.
Inspire, mentor, and lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional experiences.
- Recruit, train, and retain top talent, fostering a culture of collaboration and passion for excellence.
- Create opportunities for staff development and promote from within.
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a General Manager in a high-volume, fine-dining / upscale dining environment is required.
