The ideal candidate for this role will possess excellent leadership skills and a thorough understanding of the catering and food service industry. Key responsibilities include coordinating banquet events, supervising kitchen staff, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise the production of food for all catered events to meet customer expectations and maintain profitability.
- Recruit, train, and develop banquet kitchen employees, providing ongoing coaching and performance evaluations to ensure team success.
- Analyze banquet event orders and work with catering staff to deliver exceptional service and exceed customer expectations.
- Monitor and control maintenance and sanitation of the kitchen and equipment to ensure a healthy and safe working environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
- Thorough knowledge of the catering and food service industry, including menu planning, inventory management, and food safety regulations.
