We are seeking an accomplished Executive Chef to lead our culinary team.
- Manage daily kitchen operations for a 7-day restaurant and events venue.
- Support the development of creative menus, recipes, and documentation, maintaining kitchen standards, organization, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure high-quality service & execution meets established standards every night.
- Lead a small but efficient team of line cooks, prep staff, and dishwashers.
- Effectively manage labor and food costs.
The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of experience in managing a kitchen at the Chef or Sous Chef level, preferably in independent restaurants, with a focus on working with local ingredients & farmers. Experience with Spanish cuisine is beneficial.
