• Maintain high standards of customer service by holding team members accountable for delivering exceptional results.
• In partnership with store leadership, make informed hiring and separation decisions to drive success.
• Monitor and achieve sales, purchasing, and labor targets, driving business growth.
• Project annual sales and expenses, preparing operating budgets that support strategic goals.
• Effectively manage ordering and inventory to optimize profit margin contributions.
• Build strong relationships with departmental and store leadership, fostering collaboration and productivity.
• Cultivate positive and productive vendor relationships.
• Stay ahead of the curve with knowledge of competitors and industry trends, driving innovation and excellence.

• Demonstrated expertise in products, buying, pricing, merchandising, and inventory management.

• Proficient mathematical skills for assessing financial performance, monitoring profitability, and managing inventory.

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• In an 8-hour work day: standing/walking 6-8 hours.
• Hand use: single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling.
• Work requires the following motions: bending, twisting, squatting and reaching.
• Exposure to FDA approved cleaning chemicals.
• Ability to work in a wet and cold environment.
• Ability to handle knives and other cutting equipment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to use tools and equipment, including box cutters, electric pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery.
