• 5+ years of experience in a high-end restaurant environment, with a focus on Iberian cuisine.
• Proven track record of developing and executing menus that showcase the richness and diversity of Spanish and Portuguese cuisine.
• Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of talented cooks and kitchen staff.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with front-of-house staff, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
