Elevated Bar Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to lead our bar operations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of bar management, including beverage strategy, inventory control, and staff supervision.

• Maintain high standards of service excellence, accuracy, and consistency in daily bar operations.
• Develop and implement systems for efficiency, including prep lists, pars, checklists, recipe books, and storage organization.
• Collaborate with management to support seamless front-of-house operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

• Recruit, train, schedule, and mentor bartenders and barbacks to ensure a positive and inclusive team culture.
• Lead by example with hospitality, discipline, and a guest-first mentality.
• Conduct ongoing training on cocktails, wine, amaros, steps of service, and responsible alcohol service.

• Design and maintain a seasonal cocktail program that is balanced, profitable, and aligned with brand values.
• Curate amaro, vermouth, vermouth-based, and Italian spirit selections to enhance the bar experience.
• Partner with ownership/GM on wine list updates and pairings to drive revenue growth.
• Maintain detailed recipe specs and enforce consistent execution.

• Manage beverage cost targets, inventory, and ordering to optimize vendor relationships and negotiate pricing when possible.
• Track and analyze beverage sales trends to inform business decisions and drive revenue.
• Reduce loss through effective training, portion control, and waste management.

• Deliver warm, genuine hospitality to every guest and resolve concerns quickly and professionally.
• Cultivate regulars and foster a welcoming bar environment that drives repeat business.

• Ensure adherence to all state and local alcohol regulations and uphold safety, sanitation, and company policies at all times.
• Maintain ServSafe/Responsible Service certifications to guarantee compliance.
