Bakery Operations Associate

Bakery Team Member Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Bakery Team Member to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving and preparing product, maintaining the bakery area and displays, and selling product in support of operational standards.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to work effectively as part of a team, and possess strong communication skills.

• Receive and prepare product for sale
• Maintain the bakery area and displays
• Sell product in support of operational standards

Additionally, the Bakery Team Member will be required to perform all functions related to breaking down deliveries and stocking shelves.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Basic knowledge of products carried in the department

You will also need to have a valid food safety certification.
