About the Job Opportunity

Seeking a skilled and experienced Sous Chef to lead our kitchen team. We are looking for a professional with 3–5+ years of experience in high-end kitchens, who can oversee food preparation, manage kitchen operations, and ensure exceptional customer service.

• Oversee menu planning, food preparation, and presentation to meet culinary standards.


• Manage kitchen staff, provide training and coaching to ensure excellent teamwork and efficiency.


• Implement effective inventory management, ordering systems, and maintain accurate records.


• Ensure timely service execution, maintain quality control, and address any issues promptly.


• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of professional kitchen experience.


• Proven track record of success as a leader or strong line cook in upscale/fine dining environments.


• Culinary certifications and training in relevant areas (e.g., knife skills, fire management).


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.


• Familiarity with kitchen equipment, tools, and technologies, including point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
