Skilled Barista Wanted

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused barista to join our team.

• Maintain high-quality standards in food preparation, presentation, and serving temperatures according to HACCP guidelines.
• Accurately enter orders into the POS device, accept cash and charge payments, and maintain a clean service area.
• Replenish condiments, beverages, and general supplies while ensuring sanitation and orderliness of equipment, supplies, and utensils.
• Prepare espresso orders for customers and catering using standard measures and recipes, and follow prescribed production standards.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills to interact with customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Participate in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment by following all health and safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

1. Customer Service: Greet customers courteously, interact in a manner to ensure customer satisfaction, and relay relevant concerns from customers to supervisors.
2. Food Preparation: Prepare and serve high-quality food and beverages according to established recipes and production standards.
3. Sanitation and Safety: Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, including equipment, supplies, and utensils, and follow all health and safety procedures.
