Produce Store Operations Manager

**Produce Team Leader Role**

As a key member of the store team, you will assist the Team Leader in all aspects of daily operations. This includes managing profitability and expense control, overseeing buying, merchandising, labor management, regulatory compliance, and special projects.

• Develops and maintains effective store layouts and product displays.
• Collaborates with Team Leaders to achieve sales targets, purchasing goals, and efficient labor allocation.
• Supports Team Leaders in analyzing sales reports and labor data.
• Utilizes advanced product knowledge to stay updated on new products and services.
• Establishes strong relationships with vendors and ensures accurate paperwork submission.
• Provides prompt resolution to team concerns or issues with the Team Leader.
• Serves as the point person and departmental lead when the Team Leader is absent.
• Maintains high standards of retail execution through timely performance evaluations and feedback.
