We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Omakase Chef to join our culinary team.
- Create bespoke menus showcasing seasonal ingredients with a focus on sushi, sashimi, and traditional Japanese dishes.
- Source premium ingredients from trusted suppliers ensuring highest quality and sustainability standards.
- Develop creative menus reflecting seasonal trends, member preferences, and evolving nature of the omakase dining experience.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and kitchen organization at all times.
- Build relationships with members providing personalized experiences understanding dietary preferences.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience as an Omakase Chef or Sushi Chef in a high-end environment is required.
- Strong knowledge of traditional Japanese culinary techniques particularly sushi and sashimi preparation is essential.
- Presentation skills with exceptional attention to detail and artistry in dish presentation are crucial.
- Culinary education formal education is preferred but not mandatory for candidates with significant experience in traditional Japanese cuisine.
