Barback Position

The Barback plays a vital role in the success of our bar team. Key responsibilities include maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, restocking supplies as needed, and assisting the bartender with various tasks.

• Ensure the bar is fully stocked with all necessary items, including glassware, liquor, beer, wine, and mixers.
• Prepare and arrange beverages, garnishes, and supplies for optimal presentation and accessibility.
• Effectively transport heavy loads, such as glass racks, ice, and cases of liquor, beer, and wine, to maintain a safe working environment.

As a Barback, you will work closely with other staff members to ensure seamless service delivery. Strong communication and multitasking skills are essential in this fast-paced environment. You must be able to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and move safely throughout the restaurant.
