Sous Chef Role
We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to lead our culinary team. This is a dynamic and innovative kitchen environment where creativity, precision, and collaboration thrive.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, ability to multitask, and excellent communication skills. They will be responsible for managing daily operations, including ordering, inventory management, and prep planning. They will also direct griddle and fryer stations during service, ensure mise en place, setup/breakdown, and execution meet standards, and manage tickets and maintain clear communication across the line while leading expo.
Our kitchen values chefs who can clearly articulate prep plans, delegate tasks with precision, and foster team culture through both verbal and digital communication. We believe in developing cooks into leaders who balance technical mastery with clear, confident communication.
