Bottega Salaria is a new Italian osteria and market concept inspired by the culinary traditions of Rome and the character of the Texas Hill Country. Our mission is to offer guests an elevated yet authentic dining experience, driven by exceptional hospitality, a curated wine program, and an aperitivo-focused bar.

As we prepare for our opening, we are seeking highly motivated hospitality professionals to join our founding team.

We are currently seeking an experienced and polished Bartender to support our beverage program and deliver an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate possesses strong mixology skills, refined service standards, and a passion for Italian cocktail culture and premium wines.

This role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to contribute to a cohesive, high-performing team.

  Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, spirits, and beverages according to company recipes and service standards

  Execute classic Italian cocktails (Negroni, Americano, Spritz, Garibaldi) with consistency and precision

• 
  

  Demonstrate strong knowledge of the wine list, including Italian, Texas, and international selections

• 
  

  Ensure a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar at all times

• 
  

  Provide courteous, attentive, and professional guest service

• 
  

  Operate POS systems with accuracy and efficiency

• 
  

  Adhere strictly to TABC regulations and food safety guidelines

• 
  

  Collaborate with management to refine and enhance the beverage program

• 
  

  Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a high-quality bar or restaurant setting

• 
  

  Strong cocktail and spirits knowledge, with emphasis on classic and modern techniques

• 
  

  TABC certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date)

  Food Handler certification preferred

  Professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and commitment to hospitality
