Store Team Manager

As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in driving sales, purchasing, and labor targets. We are looking for someone who can develop and maintain creative store layouts and product merchandising, while working closely with the team leader to achieve business objectives.

• Create visually appealing store displays and product arrangements that drive customer engagement.
• Collaborate with the team leader to set and achieve sales, purchasing, and labor targets.
• Analyze sales reports and labor data to inform business decisions.
• Maintain advanced product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products.
• Develop strong relationships with vendors and manage vendor processing paperwork.
• Resolve team conflicts or issues with the team leader.
• Serve as the point person and departmental lead in the team leader's absence.
• Elevate retail execution standards and foster a positive work environment.
• Monitor customer flows and needs, directing team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Select, train, develop, mentor, motivate, and counsel team members to sustain high performance and minimize turnover.
• Conduct timely, thorough, and thoughtful performance evaluations.
• Communicate and model the company vision and goals consistently.
