Hospitality Host

We are seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as Hospitality Hosts . As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth dining experience for our guests.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming guests and handling their reservations, inquiries, and special requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including the reservations desk and office area.
• Communicating effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service delivery.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. You should also be highly organized, attentive to detail, and able to work well under pressure. Familiarity with restaurant management software is an asset, but not essential.
