We are looking for an exceptionally skilled Pastry Chef to lead our pastry program with creativity, precision and consistency. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation in pastry arts, desserts, laminated doughs, and plated sweets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating seasonal menus, developing recipes, and executing consistently with high standards of quality, organization, and respect for structure.

In addition, the Pastry Chef will work as part of a team player with a positive, professional attitude and experience in upscale or boutique kitchens.
