As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily front-of-house operations and ensuring seamless service standards are upheld. This role requires a hospitality professional who values old-school hospitality and leads with composure, warmth, and attention to detail.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example on the floor, embodying refined, gracious hospitality during service
- Train, mentor, and support staff to uphold luxury service standards and detailed steps of service
- Partner with leadership to align service with fine dining vision
- Maintain guest relations with professionalism, handling concerns with discretion and solution-oriented leadership
- Support financial performance through cost control, purchasing, and scheduling
- Collaborate with the events team to deliver private, semi-private, and hosted dining activations
- Ensure all safety, sanitation, and ServSafe standards are consistently maintained
Requirements:
A high-volume luxury dining professional with experience in training, mentoring, and supporting staff to achieve exceptional service standards. Strong communication skills, ability to lead with composure and warmth, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
