As a Meat Associate Team Leader, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, improving profitability, and fostering a positive work environment.

• Develop and maintain engaging store layouts and product merchandising to drive customer engagement.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales, purchasing, and labor targets.
• Analyze sales reports, labor data, and financial metrics to inform business decisions.
• Assist in inventory management and ordering.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team through coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations.

Requirements

• 18+ months of retail experience and 6+ months of supervisory experience.
• Extensive knowledge of meat products and advanced knowledge of regulatory policies.
• Excellent interpersonal, motivational, team building, and customer relationship skills.
• Proficient mathematical skills for assessing financial performance and managing inventory.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds, stand for 6-8 hours, and work in a wet and cold environment.
