Culinary Team Member - Line Cook Position

We are seeking an accomplished line cook to enhance our culinary team.

• A minimum of two years experience as a line cook or chef de partie in a high-end restaurant environment.
• Knowledge of diverse ingredients, particularly those used in Japanese cuisine, with a willingness to expand expertise.
• Attention to detail and a strong understanding of the importance of quality over quantity in food preparation.
• Excellent knife skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting.

The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude, be highly motivated, and have excellent teamwork skills. Experience with Japanese cuisine is desirable but not required; what's essential is a passion for learning and adapting to new recipes and techniques.
