Nurse Practitioner

The nurse practitioner should preferably have the ability to prescribe Opioid Agonist Therapy. This is for a downtown clinic.

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. This role requires a compassionate professional with strong clinical skills, capable of managing diverse patient populations, including pediatrics, seniors, and individuals with complex medical conditions.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose acute and chronic illnesses across diverse patient populations
• Manage medication administration in accordance with prescribed protocols
• Provide patient education on health management, medication usage, and preventive care strategies
• Coordinate case management activities to ensure continuity of care for patients with complex needs
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, medication administration, and clinical procedures
• Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach to diverse populations
• Ability to perform case management and pain management strategies effectively
• Prior experience in medical office environments is a plus

Pay: $300,000.00 per hour
