About the Role:
We are looking for a knowledgeable and analytical Financial Planner with a mandatory CFA designation to join our onsite Oakville team. The role focuses on financial planning, investment strategy, and long-term wealth analysis. You will work closely with clients, advisors, and internal teams to deliver high-quality financial planning and advisory support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive financial assessments, including cash flow, retirement planning, risk management, and investment analysis.
• Provide clear, tailored financial strategies aligned with client goals and risk tolerance.
• Collaborate with life insurance advisors to support client recommendations and enhance overall financial planning outcomes.
• Analyze client portfolios, evaluate financial needs, and prepare detailed planning reports.
• Use financial modelling, forecasting tools, and industry best practices to guide client decision-making.
• Stay updated on financial markets, economic conditions, and regulatory changes in Ontario.
• Support internal teams with financial insights, case reviews, and product comparisons.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications:

• CFA designation (mandatory).
• 3–5 years of experience in financial planning, investment analysis, wealth management, or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or related discipline.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and comfort in a client-facing environment.
• Comfortable working onsite in Oakville, Ontario.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
