Maintenance Mechanic

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on warehouse equipment and machinery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
• Minimize downtime during repairs to ensure operations remain on schedule.
• Assist with facility maintenance tasks such as lighting, plumbing, or general repairs as needed.
• Support equipment installation and relocation projects.
• Maintain accurate service and repair logs.
• Manage and track inventory of parts, supplies, and tools to ensure availability for repairs.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company procedures.

• Minimum 3 years of industrial or mechanical maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, manuals, and diagrams.
• Welding experience is an asset.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Comfortable working around noise, dust, changing temperatures, and moving warehouse equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent (technical training or certifications are a plus).
