Employ a systematic approach to engage various internal resources effectively, ensuring the best outcomes through collaboration. Sales Strategy Execution:

Demonstrate a deep understanding of DataCamp's learning platform and services, articulating the unique value we provide. Journey of Learning:
Forge long-term partnerships by creating customized data literacy programs, including boot camps that cater to specific client goals. Sales Process Management:
Skillfully negotiate and finalize agreements with clients, facilitating their onboarding and supporting expansions. Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years in consultative enterprise sales, ideally within consulting, professional services, learning and development solutions, or data transformation. Proven experience influencing leadership and building consensus among purchasing teams in Global 2000 companies. Strong discovery skills to engage clients effectively, build a compelling transformation vision, and navigate complex organizational structures. A demonstrated track record of driving activity, pipeline growth, and quota attainment. Able to establish trusted relationships with business managers and executives. Proficient in prospecting to reveal immediate value offerings, showcasing our commitment to fostering client success in data fluency. Pro-active and independent thinker with a positive demeanor and high energy. Exhibit a collaborative spirit and dedication to continuous professional development. Demonstrated ability to autonomously manage, develop, and close new client relationships. Exceptional time management and communication skills, enhancing resource assembly and opportunity advancement, including presentation capabilities. Willingness to travel over 20% of the time. Collaborate with a truly exceptional group of individuals—we’re proud of our team! The base salary for this position is competitive and may vary based on several factors, including job level. The range for this role starts at $150,000 (Total OTE: $300,000). This position is eligible for equity (i.e., stock options) alongside a comprehensive benefits package that includes flexible time off, a 401K plan with matching, insurance (medical, dental, vision, life), 11 paid holidays, and required sick time as per local laws.
