Assignment Details & Key Information
  • Job Type: Contract

  • End Date: December 31, 2026

  • Work Mode: Hybrid in Montreal (priority given to candidates available for 2 to 3 in-office days per week)

  • Workload: 40 hours per week

  • Language Requirement: English-speaking or fully bilingual (French/English)

Role Overview

The selected candidate will oversee the end-to-end coordination and delivery of critical projects within the Information Technology division. Operating in a complex organizational context, the Senior Project Manager will lead initiatives primarily focused on cybersecurity, with a strong emphasis on Identity and Access Management (IAM) and SAP compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the successful execution of large-scale, cross-functional IT security projects.

  • Define project scopes, establish delivery timelines, assign responsibilities, and monitor key milestones.

  • Manage stakeholder communications and maintain strong relationships across departments, technical teams, and external partners.

  • Ensure deliverables align with defined business objectives and compliance requirements.

  • Lead steering committees, prepare status reports for senior leadership, and proactively manage risks and deviations.

  • Oversee project budget and schedule; negotiate change requests related to scope, cost, or timelines with project sponsors.

  • Provide strategic input to governance structures and offer guidance to other project managers when applicable.

  • Potential to act as a Program Manager for multi-project portfolios.

Required Expertise
  • Proven track record managing high-visibility IT projects of considerable complexity and scale.

  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals, IT risk mitigation, and regulatory standards.

  • Specific experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), including implementation of Segregation of Duties (SoD) in SAP ERP environments.

  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and navigate enterprise-level IT ecosystems.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with both technical and executive stakeholders.
