Senior Retail Operations Coordinator

As a key member of our operations team, you will assist the Team Leader in all aspects of daily management, including profitability analysis, expense control, buying, merchandising, labor optimization, regulatory compliance, and special projects.

• Develop and maintain creative store layouts and product displays.
• Collaborate with the Team Leader to achieve sales, purchasing, and labor targets.
• Assist the Team Leader in analyzing sales reports and labor trends.
• Support the Team Leader in annual sales and expense forecasting and budget preparation.
• Assist the Team Leader with ordering and inventory management processes.
• Work closely with the Team Leader to resolve team concerns or issues.
• Function as point person and departmental leader in the absence of the Team Leader.
• Establish and maintain high standards of retail execution.
• Foster a positive environment of outstanding teamwork, mutual respect, and exceptional morale.
