• Minimum 2-4 years of senior-level culinary experience, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Culinary arts degree or equivalent preferred, but not mandatory.
• Proven track record of driving menu development, inventory management, and supply chain optimization.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Able to maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm throughout each shift.
• Able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and navigate a dynamic kitchen environment.
