Kitchen Porter Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented kitchen porter to support our culinary team in maintaining a clean, organized, and DOH-compliant kitchen environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, flexible, and able to assist with a variety of tasks to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

• Cleaning dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment promptly.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dish area, kitchen, and lower-level recycling room.
• Ensuring compliance with Department of Health (DOH) standards.
• Removing trash from the kitchen.
• Assisting with receiving deliveries and organizing dry-storage and walk-in items.

The successful candidate will have prior experience in a kitchen, hospitality, or cleaning role, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, follow instructions, and lift, carry, and move items as needed. A flexible schedule and willingness to work varying shifts are also required.
