Job Title: Culinary Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Expert to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a key member of our culinary staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes, ensuring both efficiency and consistency in a fast-paced fine dining environment.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience working in a high-volume kitchen, preferably in a fine dining or seafood restaurant. They will possess excellent culinary skills, knowledge of food safety regulations, and the ability to maintain clean and organized workstations.

1. Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to recipes and the restaurant's standards.
2. Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations.
3. Adhere to food safety standards.
4. Assist in the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations before and after service.
5. Work efficiently as part of a team to ensure orders are completed promptly and correctly.
6. Clean and maintain kitchen utensils and equipment.
7. Participate in the development of new dishes or menu items.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a high-volume kitchen environment.
2. Experience with Peruvian cuisine or ceviches is a plus but not required.
3. Knowledge of food safety regulations.
4. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
5. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams.
6. Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds.
7. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
