Tailwater Lodge, a Tapestry Collection by Hilton is currently hiring for a Food and Beverage Manager.

The Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for the overall operations of the restaurant and banquet departments, ensuring exceptional guest experience, high-quality service, and profitable performance. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple outlets while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant and banquet functions.
• Supervise, train, and schedule restaurant and banquet staff to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef and culinary team to maintain quality, presentation, and consistency of food and beverage offerings.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and monitor inventory, purchasing, and labor expenses.
• Coordinate and oversee banquet events, ensuring seamless service from planning through completion.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue, upsell services, and improve operations.
• Support and motivate team members to achieve service excellence and departmental goals.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hotel setting.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of Craftable, Simphony, and Delphi is preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
