Retail Operations Manager

Our purpose is to improve how people eat, fund grants for school gardens, provide access to fresh and healthy food to those in need, alleviate poverty in developing countries, and more.

• Create a visually appealing store layout that showcases products effectively.
• Collaborate with Team Leader to achieve sales targets, purchasing objectives, and labor productivity goals.
• Analyze sales reports and labor data to inform business decisions.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of products and stay up-to-date on new offerings.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships, develop new connections, and ensure accurate paperwork submission.
• Support Team Leader in resolving team concerns or issues.
• Serve as the primary point person and departmental lead in the absence of Team Leader.
• Establish and maintain high standards of retail execution.
• Foster a positive environment of teamwork, respect, and exceptional morale among colleagues.
• Communicate and model our vision and goals consistently.
• Select, train, develop, mentor, motivate, and counsel Team Members to build a high-performance team and minimize turnover.
• Provide timely, thorough, and thoughtful performance evaluations.
