The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the Executive Chef with strategic kitchen and catering operations. They will oversee section management, maintain high standards of food quality, and collaborate with colleagues to achieve exceptional performance.

Required Qualifications & Personal Attributes:

• Possess relevant qualifications and extensive experience in senior roles within commercial kitchens
• Minimum 5 years prior experience as a senior chef in high-volume establishments required
