Contemporary Korean Restaurant Seeking Dedicated Sous Chef

We are a new Contemporary Korean restaurant in Flatiron, seeking a passionate and dedicated Sous Chef to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have full-time availability and 1-2 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in Michelin-rated or NYT-starred restaurants. The role is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning, preparation, and presentation.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and ensure smooth operation of the kitchen.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and sanitation in the kitchen.

Required Qualifications:

  • Full-time availability.
  • 1-2 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of Korean cuisine.
