Sanitation Team Member

A reliable Washing and Sanitizing Specialist is needed to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should be fast, organized, and understand the importance of cleanliness in a high-quality restaurant.

Responsibilities:

• Wash and sanitize all dishes, cutlery, glassware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing station.
• Operate commercial dishwashing machines safely.
• Keep floors clean and dry at all times.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables properly.
• Assist chefs with basic preparation tasks when required.
• Restock clean dishes and utensils to their designated stations.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene standards.
