Culinary Director

We seek a creative and skilled Lead Culinary Visionary to drive our kitchen and team forward. This is an exceptional opportunity to shape menus, lead teams, and mentor local youth in rural Appalachia.

This full-time role combines leadership and operational excellence, requiring strategic planning, creativity, and effective management. You will oversee the development of seasonal menus using our 100-acre organic farm as inspiration and ensure high-quality execution while managing food and labor costs.

To excel in this position, you will need:

• A valid driver's license
• The ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
• A willingness to commute or relocate to Wardensville, WV

This position involves working five days a week, approximately 40 hours, including evenings, weekends, and some government holidays. We offer a competitive salary starting at $50,350, with final compensation negotiable based on experience.
