Dining Operations Director

This is a senior role within our dining operations team, overseeing multiple fine dining outlets and leading the delivery of exceptional member experiences.

• Operational Leadership:




• Supervise daily operations of multiple fine dining outlets to ensure consistency in service standards, ambiance, and food quality.


• Collaborate with culinary teams to develop seasonal menus that meet member preferences and exceed expectations.


• Manage inventory across all outlets to maintain proper stock levels of premium ingredients, fine wines, and spirits.

• Recruit, train, and manage front-of-house staff to deliver impeccable service and create a cohesive team culture.


• Mentor outlet supervisors and floor staff on our commitment to excellence and attention to detail.

• Build strong relationships with members to anticipate their preferences and deliver personalized dining experiences.


• Regularly visit outlets to engage with members, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.

• Monitor and control budgets, labor costs, and operating expenses across all dining outlets.


• Review sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth and revenue increase.

Event Coordination & Execution:

• Partner with events teams to ensure seamless execution of private parties, banquets, and large-scale events within dining outlets.
