Senior Culinary Director

The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations of the culinary department, managing a team through training and setting examples. They will be responsible for innovative recipe creation and menu development, maintaining the highest quality standards in presentation, consistency, and flavors.

• Develop and implement culinary strategies to drive business growth
• Manage inventory, costs, and labor effectively
• Collaborate with front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences

Requirements:

* Extensive background in Iberian cuisine with 5 years minimum in a high-end Spanish restaurant or equivalent experience

* Strong leadership and communication skills

* Ability to adapt to changing trends and innovations within the industry
