Creative Culinary Director

Chef Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced chef who is passionate about delivering exceptional culinary experiences. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining high-quality dishes and ensuring smooth service.

Our ideal candidate is someone who is creative, organized, and able to work well under pressure. They should have excellent communication skills and the ability to train and support other kitchen staff.

Responsibilities:

• Lead kitchen operations during service, maintaining high food quality and presentation standards


• Manage prep schedules, product rotation, and inventory levels, while upholding DOH sanitation standards


• Train, coach, and support back-of-house team members


• Develop and implement seasonal menu items, tapas-style plates, and specials that showcase creativity and align with our brand


• Collaborate with ownership on ordering, vendor relationships, and pricing to manage costs and waste control

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Hands-on experience as a chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment


• Strong leadership and teamwork skills, with the ability to motivate and guide others


• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail


• A passion for Korean-fusion cuisine and a desire to innovate and experiment with new flavors and techniques


• Familiarity with kitchen equipment, including cooking appliances and cleaning protocols
