The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in a catering or commercial kitchen setting, with proficient knife skills, meat fabrication, and classical cooking techniques. They will also possess strong knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen sanitation practices.

• Prepare meats, stocks, sauces, and other foundational elements of the menu.


• Execute large-batch cooking for banquets using roasting, braising, steaming, etc. techniques.


• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to meet production timelines.

• 2+ years of experience in a catering or commercial kitchen setting.


• Proficient knife skills, meat fabrication, and classical cooking techniques.
