Job Description
The Interim Chef will lead our kitchen team through the summer season. Located in Seattle, we serve globally inspired dishes crafted from locally sourced ingredients.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Lead and support the kitchen team throughout daily service
- Schedule staff and manage labor needs
- Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost controls
- Train team members on recipes and culinary techniques
- Execute seasonal menus
- Maintain strict health and safety standards
- Collaborate closely with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service
- Participate in special events both onsite and offsite
