Food Production Assistant

Key responsibilities include preparation, counter service, sanitation, and stocking of products.

• Ensure prepared products meet high quality and preparation standards.
• Document waste and spoilage using established procedures.
• Support production for various food venues.

Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency. Team members must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods throughout an 8-hour workday.

Able to communicate clearly and respectfully with colleagues, customers, and vendors, as well as maintain a collaborative team approach.
