Produce Floor Specialist

• Supports a key role on the produce floor by receiving, preparing product, maintaining displays, and selling product to meet store standards.
• Ensures a fresh and visually appealing display by keeping cases and shelves clean and well stocked by front-facing products, checking codes, rotating and removing out-of-date items.
• Prevents spoilage and communicates waste concerns to team members, leaders, and supervisors.

1. Maintains a visually appealing display by regularly cleaning and stocking product, ensuring proper rotation and removal of expired goods.
2. Assists leaders in organizing and displaying seasonal items, maximizing sales potential.
3. Completes required worksheets for spoilage, sampling, temperature checks, and sweep operations.
4. Maximizes sales potential through effective prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising procedures.
